Dividing opinion
Vandalism, a crime, and deserves to be punished? Or beautiful, creative pieces of art utilising urban landscapes? I’m talking about graffiti, as you may have guessed. Graffiti is like Marmite; you either love it or hate it, there aren’t many folk that are anywhere in between.
